What is co-living?
Co-living means renting your own private, furnished bedroom in a professionally managed shared home, and sharing the kitchen and living areas with a small group of housemates. One monthly payment covers your bills.
What’s included in the rent?
Heating, electricity and super-fast broadband, weekly cleaning of shared spaces, a dedicated support team and easy online reporting for maintenance requests.
Where are your homes?

Can I view a room before I commit?
Yes. Send us an enquiry and our team will arrange a viewing.
Do you offer short-term and long-term stays?
Yes. Whether you’re looking for a short-term stay or a long-term rental, tell us your timeframe when you enquire and we’ll find a fit.

Living with Premier-Living
Who manages the properties?
We do. Everything is run in-house by our own team of handymen, office staff, agents, cleaners and gardeners. We don’t outsource management to anyone else.
What happens if something breaks?
Report it through our online maintenance system and our own handymen will sort it quickly.
Who cleans the shared areas?
Our own cleaners clean the shared spaces every week.
